Our shadowing programs are designed to help you not only to understand the realities of life as a doctor, a PA or a nurse and to help you to create the knowledge you need when you apply to medical school, nursing school or dental school, but also to better understand global healthcare systems and services.

Shadowing in a large teaching hospital, you will have opportunities to experience the various specialties you are most interested in. Every student will be placed in a small group with a mentor and a medical school student as a translator if needed. You also have time to discuss with your mentor about your experience and ask questions. We work very closely with our partner hospitals to make sure the mentors and translators are appropriately qualified and fully understand the aims of our program.
