My experience with the Online Winter Program has been wonderful. Despite the limitations of the online format, I was able to engage with the speakers through detailed presentations, exciting videos, q&a sessions, and some hands-on activities. I loved watching videos of different types of surgeries (including hepatobiliary procedures and microwave ablation procedures) and getting the chance to try surgical knotting, using a stethoscope, and practicing CPR. I was really grateful to the doctors who took the time to answer all of our questions and cemented my determination to pursue a career in medicine.
