During COVID times, it was great that AACC could still offer a virtual shadowing program, and I am glad I was able to participate and learn from the Chinese doctors. We were exposed to a lot of information from many different specialties in just two weeks. The doctors worked very hard to present to us, and I am very grateful for all their efforts! Being able to hear from the doctors about why they became physicians and what still makes them passionate about their work is one of my biggest takeaways from this program.
